The Rainbow

My philosophy of baking these cakes is to be pretty and beautiful inside out. To have a ‘wow’ affect when you cut into it and take a slice out. Nothing can beat a rainbow cake to that, and that is why it is so special. It brings the extra joy in the joyous occasion, like it does after a drizzle when it stretches across the sky.
