Both dried and fresh pasta come in a number of shapes and varieties, with 310 specific forms known variably by over 1300 names having been documented" (Source - Wikipedia. Those interested can read on more by clicking on the link). It's a staple food of traditional Italian cuisine. The same pasta is known by different names in different cities or town. The one that I have used today is called 'Farfalla' - meaning butterfly. Pasta, unlike what most people believe is made with Durum wheat which is very high in protein and low in gluten and is a good source of carbohydrate.  Supposedly one of the most popular pre-match-meal dishes of most famous tennis players. For the pasta lovers - eat on, feed on without guilt.

Mushroom: 1 cup white fresh button sliced

Garlic: 3 crushed

Butter: 2 tbsp

Olive oil: 1 tbsp
